To the editor: I have known Rep. Barbara Dittrich for over 30 years through our work together in the investment industry. Over those decades, I have known her to be an extremely hard worker and a faithful servant of people. She has always had a healthy curiosity and desire to listen to those she serves, whether in the investment industry, in her many years leading parents of kids with serious diagnoses, and in the almost six years she has served in the state Legislature. People appreciate how she shows up for them, no matter where that might be.
When the latest legislative maps were adopted in Wisconsin, I was thrilled to learn that my family lives in the newer part of her district. I have watched her work for others, and now, I get to vote to have that same hard work for us in Madison!
Seeing the other candidate’s laughable answers trying to question her fiscal responsibility made me realize that this guy really doesn’t know his competition. Her knowledge of economics, tax policy, and monetary prudence have been honed over decades of service in both the private and public sectors.
To my fellow residents of Hartland, the Town of Merton, Nashotah, Chenequa, Okauchee, Oconomowoc, and beyond, there is only clear choice for state Assembly: Vote Barbara Dittrich for 99th Assembly District on your August 13th primary ballot!
