8:07 p.m. — A man was yelling and screaming and not making any sense in the 300 block of Wisconsin Avenue. An officer reported he had obvious mental health issues, and he said he was mad at life. He was advised to keep the screaming to a minimum and he went on his way.

9:05 p.m. — A red truck being driven by a male and who had two children with him was doing donuts in the parking lot in the 300 block of West Sunset Drive. He then peeled off onto Sunset Drive. He clearly appeared to be intoxicated, per the caller.
